Responsible for the sales and distribution of the products to the different regions. Responsible for market research and testing new products to make sure that they are suitable to be sold. Decides on the type of promotion method for the products, arranges advertisements and the advertising media used.


Quality

Sales & Marketing Manager


Job Responsibilities

  • Must have led multi-disciplinary teams in successful new medical device product launches
  • Must have experience in life-cycle management of medical devices, including product life-cycle extension strategies
  • Experience in finding and assessing unmet market needs, market strategy, market segmentation, market research techniques, positioning, competitive assessment
  • Experience in working with key opinion leaders and physicians to develop and test product specifications
  • Experience in developing pre-clinical and/or clinical programs to assist in marketing and product launch
  • Experience in gastroenterology, endoscopy or cardiology is a plus
  • Working knowledge of FDA regulations of new products is a plus
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements

Administration Manager


Job Responsibilities

  • Establishing and managing all office functions – supplies, office equipment, IT and phone system, conference room etc.
  • Identifying and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Developing and implementing logistics solution, including regular improvement of business processes and leveraging technology as appropriate
  • Managing conference schedules, preparing refreshments, food and AV appliances as required
  • Supervising the office security, emergency preparedness, fire drill etc.
  • Provides supplied by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, and mailroom; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules
  • Provide communication systems by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices

Regulatory Affairs Manager


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of regulatory submissions process, annual reports, safety updates, preparation for submission to be in compliance with FDA and international regulations
  • Develop processes and guides related to the effective management of the regulatory functions
  • Ensure timely submission of all required regulatory documents and manage regulatory dossiers
  • Interface with regulatory agencies through written correspondence, face to face meetings etc.
  • Perform regulatory surveillance and feedback to organization regarding new regulations, changes in regulatory landscape etc.
  • Participate in creation of regulatory strategy for new products
  • Work with Global Regulatory Strategy Leader and/or product regulatory and submission teams to implement plans for medical products for identified projects in development
  • Manages regulatory clinical/non-clinical submission plans for product development projects
  • Offers submission strategies for development products and identifies potential regulatory risks
  • Coordinate for submission of high-quality documents to support
  • Provides interpretation of regulatory guidance documents, regulations and directives; and advises on applicability and impact on internal programs
  • Communicates critical topics to appropriate management level


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Science is required
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience supporting all aspects of creation and delivery of US FDA regulatory submissions for clinical trials and commercial licensure
  • Technical understanding of stent manufacturing processes, analytical assays, sterility assurance and clinical trials strategy to enable creation of regulatory submissions in concert with content experts
  • Experience with safety assessment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are required
  • Experience in executing regulatory submissions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Quality Manager


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures
  • Provides expertise in the areas of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, risk management and statistical techniques
  • Manages (directly or through subordinates) quality engineering support activities for multiple new product development programs. Ensures appropriate quality representation on product development teams. Acts as advisor to a group of quality engineers and technicians
  • Facilitates risk management process in compliance to appropriate external standards and corporate policies
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the areas of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, design controls, risk management, statistical techniques, as well as company’s policies and procedures
  • Assure that appropriate resources are maintained in order to assure quality system compliance and adherence to the DWD quality policy
  • Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the quality policy and quality system
  • Support management review at both corporate and site level
  • Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements
  • Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis
  • Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
